Fees
Please contact me to discuss fees for all services.
Insurance
I am an in-network provider for all Aetna plans. I do not accept nor file under any other insurance plans meaning that you are responsible for the charges incurred which must be paid at the end of each session. While every insurance company is different, many will reimburse 50-80% for an out-of-network provider. I will provide a monthly invoice for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement at their established rate.
If you have limited finances and are afraid you cannot afford services, please contact me to discuss your situation as I may be able to adjust my fees to fit your ability to pay.
Payment
Payment is requested at the time of your visit unless you have arranged otherwise prior to the appointment. Payment methods include all major credit cards, checks and cash. The mailing address for payments is: 3115 Roswell Rd, Suite 205, Marietta, GA 30062.
To make an online credit card payment for services ALREADY rendered:

Enter your name as it appears on your debit card or credit card.
Enter PSY003201 for the Provider's License Number.
Complete the form and click Submit Payment button at the bottom. Click just once!!
Print yourself a copy of the receipt that will appear. I will recieve email notification of the payment.
NOTE: This payment will show up on your credit card statement as "ProfessionalCharges.com" or an abbreviated version thereof. This is done to protect your confidentiality.
